We are happy to inform you that we have developed a CNC Serration Rolling Machine that can roll one component for every revolution of incremental Rolls. Both the Roll Shafts are controlled by high accurate CNC controls and they maintain the relation between each other by special rotary motion control. Therefore, once the pitch matching is done, they maintain the relation between each other constantly, monitoring electronically the relation between both Roll Shafts. Therefore, the pitch matching will remain same always. There is no universal joint between the AC servo motor and Roll Shafts. We have kept high precision German made backlash-less Planetary Gearbox between the servo motor and the Roll Shaft.

There is no hydraulic in this machine. Therefore no oil leakage and unnecessary heat generation, etc. Very compact construction and footprint size is 1.2 x 1.2 mtrs approx.

Eg:       1. Steering components 17.4 x Z 36 x PA 45°

            2. Shafts with threads M16 x 2 or M18 x 1.5 x 40mm width

3. Thin profile worms for power window as well as wiper motor, etc.

Our sister concern, SPLINETECH, manufactures Incremental Rolling Dies for Spline. These Incremental Dies are specially designed and manufactured with a progressive form on the Rolls. For every revolution of the Rolls, the component is fully formed to the required size either Serrations or Threads. Because of incremental system of rolling, the rolling is very smooth and the form is very accurate.
