Special Features of our Thread and Spline Rolling Machines:

• Helical Gearbox with ground gears (not worm & worm gears)
• AC Variable Speed Drive controls the Roll Shaft RPM to get any speed to suit the particular component.
• PLC can infinitely vary the feed rate and get the most reliable automatic cycle. 
• Central Lubrication System for all moving parts which is monitored with the help of PLC program.
• Bosch Elements for hydraulic power pack one of the most expensive available.
• High precision chrome plated Guide Bars and lubricated Ultra Bronze Bushes gives longer life and higher accuracy.
• Imported Linear Guides for force feeding (not 'V' guides).
• Backlash Eliminator.

All these are included with the machine without any additional charges.

We also design and manufacture Force Feeding Spline Rolling Attachment, which have both the slides moving towards the centre.
